Large covered and open porches extend living space and provide some of the most incredible ocean views on the East Coast.  The house serves as a multi-generational retreat and was designed to provide outdoor living space with ocean views on every level. The 3650 square foot house contains a total of 6 bedrooms that are split between the ground and third-floor levels. The second floor was reserved as the primary living space with an open floor plan that provides easy circulation and expansive views toward the horizon from every room. The design of the house and the materials used in its construction were carefully developed in order to combine historical authenticity and simultaneously accommodate the longevity of modern materials in the harsh oceanfront environment.
