This English Tudor house, built in the early 1900s, needed refurbishing from top to bottom. An addition with a glass surrounded family room was added; taking its inspiration from English orangeries. We renovated the opposite end of the house, removing a one-story addition and greenhouse, creating a secluded study. We added a two-story addition housing a family entrance, new rear stair and an elevator. New large openings infilled with steel windows and doors from the living room and dining room. Finally, we designed a pool and pool house with new terraces.
