This house is located in a highly coveted historic district. This early 20th century Victorian style home had an addition completed in the early 2000’s that was uninspired. The old stucco addition is to be removed and a new addition is proposed using details, features, and materials of the original house to allow it to seamlessly fit into the existing home’s original architectural style. A new glazed in porch is added to allow for maximum views and light into the new family dining room. A new family entry sequence creates a clear separation of entry and living space as one enters the house.
